Here are the two that I did get to make. The color is not as vivid as a vinyl sticker but the concept was acheived.

Talking to my contact, they are telling me that the background of the letters will be white. I wonder why they cannot do a clear vinyl but I have not gotten to that question yet.

I kinda like the black letters better than the outlined letters.

If you cut mine out before you send them to me please be sure and do it a little straighter than that.

I like the black letters better. I may be wrong, but I think on the TBH sticker, the background is white, then the blue letters are outlined in black. With the outline being black, that gives a greater contrast to set the blue apart. Check out something like that, Mike. The outlined letters in your first couple of pics do not show up as well.

I am about to give up on this. Should I change the text to be like the TBH sticker so that the letters group better with less whitespace behind them? Should we just do it as is and refine later?

I am going to also try one that is clear vinyl and make the letters white so that there is no background. I have some non-adhesive clear paper that sticks with pressure and removes easily. Maybe it will take a deeper tone. I just want to get these figured out and ordered so we can have some on the trucks/mini-vans :-)

If I can make the clear one tonight, I will post a picture ASAP. For now, I just want to go home and have some dinner.
