The Sunday before Connie went into the Hospital I went with my church friend to a pond that is just around the corner from the house. We ended up catching 7 or 8 fish in the 2 hours we were there and again had a great time. I caught one of my fish on a ribbit but the rest of them came on flukes. Bill caught 1 fish on a fluke and missed several others on various topwater baits including the new floating ribbet. Here are some pics from that outing.    Bill called me the tuesday after Connie came home and asked me to go to the pond and I regretfully had to decline.  Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can sneak out there with him for some more fishin before dark. I just need to make sure that I have dinner cooked and done...   Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
