If some of you haven't already, ya need to check out the recipe page. I tried Bigun's italian breadcrumb baked fish. OUTSTANDING!! You are the man Bigun.

Everything that boy cooks is delicious... The redfish I got from him this weekend was great on the grill last night. It took a little longer to cook it when the outside temperature was 25 degrees... :-)

Here is another way to fry fish with bread crumbs...
Dip filets in egg add then roll in Italian seasoned bread crumbs and deep fry. You can add mustard to the eggs if you like. It makes a nice crunchy outer crust. Very Good...

I have found that the best way to have a crisp, non-gritty crust on fried fish is to use corn flour and do not coat the fillet until right before they go into the grease. But, I am not that picky and fried fish done all kinds of ways is very delicious.
