If it rains at the same rate in Feb as it did in Jan, most lakes should be in good shape. BRING IT ON!!!

I agree. It is the waiting for warmer weather that is driving me nuts. Has anyone ever died from cabin fever?

LMAO... Dru, I talked to some folks in Oklahoma City this week and they told me about all the Snow and cold temps ya'll have up there.

I was shocked to see the snow today and even more shocked driving home to see how much of it is hanging around on the ground.

Our lakes are in so much better shape now and more rain just keeps on helping them out. Would be great to get back to full pool before the dry summer starts. I must admit though, I am pretty eager to get back on the water and start fishing...

Mike- I've got Vince's brand new Skeeter sitting beside my house. I went out lastnight an swept the snow off the cover to keep it from stretching.

We had planned to get it on the water this weekend, but I'm not sure we are that die-hard.

I'm to the point now of hoping for 40 degree highs.

It's still cold and raining around here also. Have found some suckers that want to pay me to go fishing tomorrow so I'll guess I'll take their $$$. Won't catch much so we will have to figure out a way to entertain them! :-)

It was 40 this morning but quickly got up to 55. Still too cold to go drive a boat! :-)

And boy was I wrong about the fish!!!!! About 10 am they turned on and it was over quick. Easy limit of trout and 2 shy of reds on Deadly Dudley Jr's and Tsunami's.

Was 39 this morning but warmed up nicely by 10 am. We did not limit out today but caught around 55 trout and 4 reds. Was very slow this morning until 10 AM again and The trout were just starting to do there thing when we left at 11:30 due to the guys had to get back home for Super bowl parties. They were more than happy with their two day catches.
