I've fished it two (maybe three) years ago in a club tournament.

I won the tournament throwing a red trap over hydrilla in the morning and split shot lizard (pumpkinseed) later in the day.

I fished isolated hydrilla on the cold side of the lake. Everybody else in the club fished the hot side and they didn't do so good.

If I were to go today I would do the same as mentioned above plus throwing a 1oz jig. The lake is polluted with hydrilla. Punch the jig through the hydrilla, shake it, move to the next spot. The lkae is also crystal clear. Probably the clearest lake I have ever fished in Texas.

Good luck and be sure to report back how you do.
