Today was my first opportunity to get the new boat out and break it in so Jessica and I loaded up and headed to Lake Fork. We got to the lake around noon and stopped at Minnow Bucket for a bite to eat. While parking the truck and locking up the boat I saw someone waving at me in a cowboy hat and I could not figure out who it was until it finally dawned on me that it was Ozziefish. He and Tomc had just finished eating and were headed back out to fish. Jessica and I took a seat inside and Charles came off the lake to join us for lunch. Charles was kind enough to do the inagural launch as I sat in my boat for the first time it ever hit Texas water. Charles had to get off the water early so once we left there he went to get one last hour of fishing in while Jessica and I set off to make the first hour of run time not exceeding 3000 RPMs (that sucked). After about 40 minutes of running the lake at a whopping speed of 25 MPH I decided it was time to fish for a little while. Jessica was the first person to ever catch a fish out of my new boat. We ran the lake some more and after the full hour of run time I called Ozzie to see where they were fishing. We met up with them and boated some more fish. Ozzie was standing ready to get some footage of Jessica as she cast towards a blowup. As the sun set we left them and headed back to Minnow Bucket and there we were informed that not just 1 share-lunker was in the tanks awaiting TPWD but 2 -- 13+ and a 15+... Jessica and I went in and looked at the fish and they are some brutes... WOW is about all that I can say on those. TPWD was busy driving to Austin because apparently there were two share-lunkers caught down there so these fish would have to sit until the morning. We left the minnow bucket and had dinner with Lake Fork guide Tim Walker and told fish stories before Jessica and I had to come home. It was definately a great day on the lake and although I still have more breakin period left, I LOVE MY NEW BOAT!!!!!! Glad someone didn't have to work during this nice weather. Still waiting on some day light pictures of the boat. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. My bass club webpage http://texbass.8m.com/

It figures Jessica would outfish her dad! Good times PQ. You are the dad of the year. Quit being a mad, little bald man! I've been bringing my camera. Check out the Saltwater reports if you want to see some fish catching! http://www.myspace.com/biguncharter

I wish Ozzie would post some of the pictures he took or email them to me... I still do not have any daytime pictures of my boat other than the shots Ozzie took on the lake. Jessica and I ended up boating 5 fish total out of the maybe 2 hours we fished. All in all, fishing was awesome on Saturday. Thanks again for your help getting launched Charles. I'll have both girls with me on Thursday to finish burning those two tanks of gas. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish FTN Webs -- Affordable Small Business & Personal Web Sites

Great seeing ya'll again also buddy... It was a hoot back in that cove and Jessica has told me at least 20 times how much fun she had seeing all my friends and fishing with everyone. She still daily thanks me for taking her fishing. Ozzie, thanks for the pictures and videos. I'll get them uploaded tonight. Here is a picture of my new ride on the water. I can't wait to get it back on the water tomorrow and see if we can put some more fish in the boat.
