I looked and saw some guy waving and hollaring wearing a cowboy hat at Minnow Bucket ramp and I was wondering... Is he waving at me? Do I know him? The last place I thought I would see Ozzie was way over on the East side of the lake. I finally figured it out but I think all that waving effected his fishing for the rest of the day...
