CBS will be airing their coverage of the PAA event that happened on Lake Fork back in April. You never know who you will see on TV considering they had cameras everywhere. While I was covering the show for The Bass Zone I saw their cameras several times. I hope to be sitting on the couch watching it Sunday. It was very depressing to see these guys fishing on spots that I fish and socking big fish after big fish (I am used to it though thanks to texfisher). I guess I'm going to have to start throwing deep diving crankbaits and swimbaits in those places. HA! I have a hard enough time not hanging up a texas rig in most of those areas and at 5 and 6 bucks a pop that could get expensive. If I only had a sponsor! I would have liked to have seen more coverage of the other pros that fished besides Scroggins' and Jones' teams, I think that they could have done a better job TV wise, all in all it seems like a pretty cool idea though. Why was Lindale the "official city?" Why not some other city even farther from the lake? |

Yea, I kinda hated to see some of the holes I like to fish on public television as well. I wonder if Daves knew the tag on his hat was sticking out like that... Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish FTN Webs -- Affordable Small Business & Personal Web Sites

Mike, after the day he had, I bet that tag stays out. Don't worry about your spots. I'm sure that I am the only one replaying that show and marking places to fish. I just wish they would have showed their depth finders more so I could get the GPS coords off it. I would like to know the ratings. Anybody know how to find that out? BassZone.com

A friend of mine taped the show and I just watched it at lunch time. It wasn't too bad... Some real nice slot fish caught... OzzieFish "In GOD I trust"

I have it on VHS Ozzie, I'll bring it for the Skeeter and we can pick it apart over a few cold ones -- beats the heck out of watching "The Incredibles" again. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish FTN Webs -- Affordable Small Business & Personal Web Sites

Actually went over it again and was shocked to see that they put up GPS coord in a pop up in the bottom left hand of the tv-screen for the area Chris Lane was fishing by the dam. |

Hey Picou - What would it take for me to get a ticket to the movie??? I had a family emergency and did not get the digital recorder set up before I left. |

I was told that Walmart will make a DVD from a VHS tape so let me see if I can get that done and then it will be a cinch. Either way Dennis, I'll make sure you get a chance to view it.
