Ozziefish called me right after church to tell me he was headed to Fork and we discussed my daughter and I heading down there and spending the afternoon in the boat with him. Well, shortly after that I talked to Billy who was on the lake at at that point his largest for the day was a 7 pounder. Reluctantly I decided to stay home and started watching the ESPN coverage of the Elite Series. My phone rings again and it was Ozzie letting me know that he was launching the boat and fixing to head out. While on the phone with him Billy calls and the first words out of Billy's mouth were... "I had to sit down for second, I'm still shakin!" I knew exactly what was going on and asked how big. Billy responded with "10-1 with a back wider than a 2x4!" According to Billy there are pictures to come and it sounds like a great fish... Well, a few minutes had passed and then Ozzie calls me back to let me know that it was the 3rd cast for the day and he already released a great "Forker" (between 15 & 16 inches). While we are talking I hear, "Oh... There's another one..." I hear the phone fall to the deck of the boat as Ozzie sets the hook on another fish. Unbelievable... I feel so blessed that these guys love me so much to take the time and RUB IT IN THAT THEY ARE CATCHING FISH!!!  Congrats Billy on the first DD of the year and I just hope you do not catch her again next weekend during Media... Ozzie, keep smackin the fish brother and save some of that MOJO for next weekend's tournament on Chambers. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Yea I got a call from Ozzie ,must of been right after he hung up with you. He has 1 right at 9#s and was griping about no camera. I then asked Oz doesnt your phone have 1. His reply "thanks for friends". | ||||||||||||

Bigun, LMAOOOOOOO.. The man was setting the hook for most of our visit... You can't blame'um. The fish were ON..... our hooks, like we like it. It was great.. WOW !!!! I'm not sure what happened Sunday but I'm glad it happened... Billy | ||||||||||||
