Well as I do most weekends, dropped into the Guadalupe for a couple of hours on Sunday afternoon for a session. I worked some new water on the South fork near Mystic and picked up 4 bass and one fat perch. Moved further upstream to another spot and managed 5 more largemouth. Fished that spot till way beyond sundown and needless to say, the wade upstream dragging the yak is interesting. Clear skies and stars popping like only no where Hill Country can. I swear I've died and gone to heaven living here!
