Anyone know anything about Marc Mitchell? (guide on Fork) He is appearing at BPS July 7th and Im wondering if it would be worth attending. Sounds like a question and answer session with some demonstrations. Since Fork always kicks my arse, I thought maybe I would go hear what he has to say. Any info is appreciated. Thanks. LOL..... KBD is on the DL list.. I need to heal up some. Thank goodness we're in a break period... Scott Mark is a great guy and a super good fisherman.. He has a nack for finding big fish, some one on one questions will prolly be tuff to get. Mitchell,Tom Reddington,Brian Duplachain(s/p)and Randy Oldfield are all pretty good on Fork.. Thanks for the info, I will try to check it out. If I make it, I will post again on the experience. I have to give some credit to TomC. He put me on some fish the last time I fished with him at Fork. Thanks again, Tom. You broke my "Fork" shutout streak!!! Scott, you can't go wrong by hitting a Lake Fork Guide seminar. You can get some summer fishing techniques. They will more than likely tell you what flat out is working for them today. Just try to go out and spend significant time applying them. Get friendly with a drop shot rig and hit some of the bridges that have wind blowing on them. Guaranteed to put fish in the boat. Im sorry to say I didnt make it. Father-in-law was rushed to hospital and he only has a few days left, if that. I spent the entire day working on travel arrangements trying to get the wife to NY asap. Im waiting on the "phone call" before I head up there myself.
