"Flaky Deli Slices" Recipe 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury (I'm sure any brand would do) Refrig. Pie Crusts (2/pkg.), softened as directed on pkg. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 lb. very thinly sliced cooked ham 1/4 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni (I forgot to buy this so it wasn't on the ones I cooked Sat.) 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese (I used the Sharp Cheddar) Jalapenos, if desired. 1. Heat oven to 450°F. Remove crusts from pouches; unfold. Press out fold lines. Sprinkle each crust with Parmesan cheese. 2. Top each crust with ham, pepperoni, peppers, and cheddar cheese to within one inch of edges (I actually put it almost to the edge). Loosely roll up each crust. Place rolls, seam side down, on cookie sheet. Fold ends under. 3. Bake at 450°F. for 12 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut each roll into 16 slices. Serve warm 32 servings. |
