Get enough fish to make two layers for # of people feeding. Saute about three onions and equal am't of diced celery in some butter until clear or soft. In a baking pan make one solid layer of fish fillets and sprinkle with cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and some parmesan grated cheese. Add a layer of the sauted vegetables. Make another layer of fish, seasonings, and vegies. Top of with a healthy topping of Italian Bread Crumbs. Bake on 350-375 for 30-40 minutes.

Rob and Drake will definitely back this recipe up! Killer. If you feel adventeruous, you can add mushrooms, bellpepper, garlic, etc, etc to your sauteed veggies. When I make a big batch of this stuff I just do one thick layer of all ingredients for convience.

I just tried this friday night. It was fantastic! Had some left over, (there was only two of us). The next day, put leftover in pan on med/hi on breadcrumb side for a few minutes, then flipped and put some fiesta cheese on top and let melt. Awesome! Bigun, you the man!
