Take a large pie pan or baking pan. Defrost a bag of shredded hashbrowns and drain real good. Make them into a crust by pressing them into the pan. Bake at recommended heat for 20-25 minutes. Pull it out. Mix three eggs, 1/2 cup milk, put in some cooked sausage, bacon pieces, or pieces of ham, and layer with cheese. Put back in oven another 15-20 minutes until firm. Serve with some salsa and toasted muffins.
