1. Fish fillets of your choice.
2. Bacon Strips.

Season the fillets using your favotite seasoning. Lay them out and place a strip of uncooked or lightly cooked bacon on each fillet. Roll the fillet up from end to end so that the bacon strip is rolled up inside the fillet. Stick a toothpick through the roll to hold it together. Grill on the barbecue grill until fish is done. Remove toothpick and enjoy. Tastety.
