Lake Fork is in real good shape. The lake is almost full, there is lots of grass, and the water temps are now in the lower 60s on most of the lake. Fishing has been on for a few days then off again. Size and quality have been good about half of my trips. I had a 4 day period last week where we got 3 fish over 9 pounds, the biggest being 10.45#. This week, I didn't fair so well until yesterday (Thursday) it started picking back up. I expect it to be good through the weekend then slow down again. See your pictures at http://www.bassfishing.org/Pictures/Recent.htm We are catching most of our fish sight fishing. The best baits are lizards and tube worms. I am still trying to promote the Basslog, so I am not going to be very specific on lures and locations in my reports. The Basslog is a community log for conditions, lures, and locations for bass that were actually caught. I now log all my fish in the Basslog. Go to http://www.bassfishing.org/basslog/fishingreport.cfm to see the first database driven fishing report of its kind. It tells you top lures, structures, solunar information, summaries, and even a recommended gameplan for the day. It's not too early to start thinking about a summer night trip. This year, I plan to continue offering marathon trips (7:00PM to 7:00AM) from May 22 until the end of June. The month of June is my best month for big fish at night. Starting in July, a standard night trip will be from 4:00PM until 1:00AM. If you would like to book a trip, you can see my available dates and reserve your trip online at www.bassfishing.org/dbaccess/trips.cfm Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
